Post Construction Cleaning - New Jersey

Service Description

This type of cleaning is performed after a construction or renovation project is completed. Dust and debris removal. This includes removing any sawdust, drywall dust and other debris left behind from the construction process. Floor cleaning: This includes sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors to remove any dirt and debris. Wall cleaning: This includes wiping down walls and baseboards to remove any marks or smudges as wells as cleaning any paint or drywall residue. Ceiling cleaning: This includes cleaning ceilings, light fixtures and ceiling fans to remove any cobwebs, dust or debris. Window cleaning" This includes cleaning windows and window sills, inside and out, remove any dirt or grime. Bathroom and kitchen cleaning: This includes cleaning the sinks, countertops, showers, bath tubs, toilets, and any other fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen. Final cleaning: This includes a thorough cleaning of the entire space, including dusting, vacuuming and mopping, to ensure that the space is clean and habitable.

Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with Momshe’s Cleaners we have now returned to the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time you will be charged $25 for the cancelled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability
