Service Description

This type of cleaning is performed when a person is moving into or out of a rental property. Kitchen Cleaning: This includes cleaning the sink, countertops, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator as well as washing the dishes, cleaning the cabinets and drawers, and mopping or sweeping the floor. Bathroom Cleaning: This includes cleaning the shower, bath tub, sink, toilet and mirrors as well as wiping down the tiles, cleaning the bathroom cabinets and drawers and mopping or sweeping the floor. Dusting and vacuuming: This includes dusting all surfaces, such as the furniture, shelves, and window sills, as well as vacuuming or sweeping the floors or carpets. Windows and window sills: This includes cleaning all windows and window sills, inside and out, to remove any dirt or cobwebs. Walls and baseboards: This includes wiping down the walls and baseboards to remove any marks or scuffs. Light fixtures and ceiling fans: This includes cleaning light fixtures and ceiling fans to remove any dust or cobwebs. Carpets and upholstery: This includes vacuuming carpets and upholstery to remove dirt or stains. Mopping and vacuuming all floor surfaces to remove dirt and debris.

Cancelation Policy

Once you’ve made an appointment with Momshe’s Cleaners we have now returned to the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time you will be charged $25 for the cancelled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability
